SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipments are made with the courier GLS and are free of charge above a certain threshold depending on the shipping country. The shipping cost, if any, is always visible at check-out.
The waiting time for order processing and delivery is on average 4/5 working days depending on the area. Since delivery times may vary, we advise you to monitor the status by clicking on the tracking link sent in the order confirmation e-mail.
GLS will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of the shipment. If you are registered on the GLS site, you have the possibility of changing the delivery address and possibly assigning it to a "pick-up point" in the courier's list.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items, you can exercise the right of withdrawal as follows:

Sending the request

Click here and enter the email with which you placed your order. Once you have logged in, follow the return wizard after clicking on "request return". We will respond by email to your request attaching the courier label.

Sending the package

Once you have received an email accepting the return with the courier's label, apply the label to the package and deliver it to a GLS Point. Consult the GLS website to find the nearest point to you. 

Throughout the European Union AKU charges a flat-rate contribution to the shipping costs for the return of goods of 15 Euro. Only if the return is made in the manner provided above and for a maximum of 10kg (or 3 pairs oìf shoes).

Alternatively, you can make the return yourself by using your own courier at your own expense. In this case please address the return to:

Refunds of the price of returned items shall be made by crediting the Customer's bank account or credit card within 30 days of receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered.
In the event that the courier label has been delivered by AKU, the refund will be deducted the amount of 15 euro relating to the contribution of shipping costs.
