Free shipping for orders over €100



Shipments are made by GLS courier and are free above a cost of 100 euro. Under 100 euro spent the cost is 5 euro.
The waiting time for order processing and delivery is on average 3/4 working days depending on the area. Since delivery times may vary, we recommend that you monitor the status by clicking on the tracking link sent in your order confirmation email.
GLS will send an email acknowledging the shipment. If registered on the GLS website you have the option of changing the delivery address and possibly assigning it to a "pickup point" on the courier's list.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items, you can exercise the right of withdrawal as follows:

Click here and enter the email with which you placed the order. Once logged in, follow the guided return procedure after clicking on "request return".

We will respond to your request by email, attaching the courier label.

Once you have received the return acceptance email with the courier label, make sure that:

1. the product(s) are in their original condition, including tags and packaging

2. a printed copy of the order or receipt is inserted inside the package so as to facilitate and speed up the process

Apply the label to the package and deliver it to a Parcel Shop GLS. Click on this link to find the Parcel Shop closest to you.

AKU charges a flat rate contribution to the shipping costs related to the return of the goods of 15 Euro. Only in case the return is made in the manner provided above and for a maximum of 10kg (3 pairs oìf shoes).

Alternatively, you can make the return yourself by using your own courier at your own expense. In this case please address the return to:

The refund of the price of the returned items will be made by crediting the bank account or credit card. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered.

In case the courier label was delivered by AKU, the amount of 15 euros related to the contribution of shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
