Dynamic Fit is a technology developed by AKU that allows you to dynamically adapt the heel tension to your stride for improved comfort and stability.
PUSH PHASE
The forward step generates tension on the laces connected to the floating strap located behind the heel (1). The heel counter moves forward, locking the heel in place and reducing heel slippage (2).
SUPPORT PHASE
The heel strike simultaneously releases tension from the laces and the floating strap, allowing the heel and Achilles tendon to move backwards (3). This dynamic results in a decrease in pressure on the foot and improved comfort for the joints (4).
