Free shipping for orders over €100




Shipments are made with the Bartolini courier and are free above a cost of 100 euros. Under 100 euros spent the cost is 5 euros.

The waiting time for order processing and delivery is on average 2/5 working days depending on the area. Since delivery times may vary, we recommend monitoring the status by clicking on the tracking link sent in the order confirmation email.

Bartolini will send an email to take charge of the shipment. If you register on the Bartolini website you have the possibility to change the delivery address and possibly assign it to a "collection point" present in the courier's list.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items, you can exercise the right of withdrawal as follows:

Click here and enter the email with which you placed the order. Once logged in, follow the guided return procedure after clicking on " request return ".

We will respond to your request by email, attaching the courier label.

Once you have received the return acceptance email with the courier label, make sure that:

1. the product(s) are in their original condition, including tags and packaging

2. a printed copy of the order or receipt is inserted inside the package so as to facilitate and speed up the process

In Italy, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by AKU only if the return is carried out in the manner set out above and for a maximum of 10kg (3 pairs of shoes) .

Alternatively, you can make the return yourself using your own courier at your own expense. In this case please address the return to:

The refund of the price of the returned items will be made by crediting the bank account or credit card. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item initially ordered.
