SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Shipments are made with the Poste Delivery Express courier and are free over a purchase of 100 euros. Under 100 euros of expenditure the cost is 5 euros. The waiting time for order processing and delivery is on average 2/5 working days depending on the area.
Since delivery times may vary, we recommend that you monitor its status by clicking on the tracking link sent in the order confirmation email. Poste Delivery Express will send an email to take charge of the shipment. In the courier's email there are instructions to be able to change the delivery address and possibly assign it to a "collection point" in the courier's list.

INSTRUCTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, within 14 working days from the day of receipt of the ordered items, you can exercise the right of withdrawal as follows:

Sending the request

Click here and enter the email with which you placed your order. Once you have logged in, follow the return wizard after clicking on "request return". We will respond by email to your request attaching the courier label.

Sending the package

Once you have received an email accepting the return with the courier's label, apply the label to the package and deliver it to a Post Office Point. Click on this link to find the Punto Poste closest to you.

FREE RETURNS

In Italy, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by AKU only in the event that the return is carried out in the manner provided above and for a maximum of 10kg (or 3 pairs of shoes).

REIMBURSEMENT

Refunds of the price of returned items shall be made by crediting the Customer's bank account or credit card within 30 days of receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled for reasons attributable to the Customer will not be refunded and will not give rise to the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered.
