DESCRIPTION

Slope GTX is a mid-mountain hiking shoe with a classic design. Developed on the historic AKU Anatomical Fit shape, it guarantees an extremely comfortable fit and comfortable containment of the foot and ankle. Lightweight and with a highly breathable upper thanks to the AIR8000 system, it is ideal for daily trekking on easy or medium difficulty terrain. The Vibram® Erica Everest sole, developed exclusively for AKU, guarantees grip and reliability. Made with suede from Italian tanneries and high tenacity fabrics, all traceable. Lycra collar. Iconic model, present in the AKU collection for over 40 years.

Scarponi comodi e versatili.

Scarponi utili anche per il lavoro. Comodi per passeggiate poco impegnative perché leggeri. Ottimi in montagna per camminate più impegnative. Consigliati.

Compared to the Slope LTR GTX, the 'Oliva' ones are disappointing

Compared to the Slope LTR GTX, the full leather version of the Slope of which I own 2 pairs, the suede and 'Air 8000' made Slope Oliva GTX are very disappointing. Unlike leather, the Air 8000 material does not adjust to the foot at all. I keep having heel slip, which I have never experienced in the leather version (in the same size). And in spite of being marketed as "breathable¨, the synthetic Air 8000 stuff is in fact much less breathable than leather. Even in early spring, the boots get very hot. Once again, the full leather version does not have this problem. I am also very disappointed in the heel construction. The heel collar is made out synthetic material which looks and feels very cheap. I have been wearing the boots almost daily hoping they would 'break in' and I would get used to them, so I am not allowed to return them anymore. But I very much regret paying around 200 euros for these obviously cheaply made synthetic boots. If I had a choice (and some money left), I would exchange them for an extra pair of the LTR ones right away.

FIDELIZZAZIONE ?

Buongiorno, il primo paio di calzatura AKU per trekking, la acquistai nel 1995, ho terminato di utilizzarla nel 2012 dopo averci costruito anche una imbarcazione.. erano ridotte male ma dopo 17 anni di maltrattamenti.. non esistono antagonisti !! Bene da allora compero solo e solo AKU. Grazie per il made in ITALY e per tutta la qualità superiore . Buon lavoro. Vittorio P.
