My name isDaniele Ghisleniand I come from Sotto ilMount John XXIII, a small town immersed in the greenery of the Bergamo area. This is where my passion took shape:walking, observing, losing myself and finding myself in the world, with a backpack on his shoulders and a camera in his hands.
I am aself-taught photographer, driven by thecuriosityand fromdesire to tellwhat I encounter along the way. My gaze moves between travel photography and outdoor photography, because I feel at home both on amountain pathhow much between thestreets of a distant city, where every face, every light, every detail has a story to reveal. For me,photography is not just a shot: it's a way ofconvey beauty, cultureand thedeep sense of discoveryBehind the lens there is always a person seeking real connections, who walks to understand, who observes to share.
The mountain taught meslowness, listening, respect. The journey opened me todiversity, to thesudden, to theencounter.
Both have become part of my visual and human language. With my photographs I want to tell all of this: the beauty of the mountain peaks, of a square at dawn, of a desert, of a gaze. BecauseTraveling, after all, is a way to feel alive.Sometimesall it takes is a pair of shoes to start you on the right path.
