Shipping is by GLS courier and costs 15 CFH. Customs charges are paid by AKU.
Waiting time for order processing and delivery is on average 4/5 working days depending on the area. Since delivery times may vary, we advise you to monitor the status by clicking on the tracking link sent in the order confirmation e-mail.

GLS will send you an e-mail confirming acceptance of the shipment. If you are registered on the GLS site, you have the possibility of changing the delivery address and possibly assigning it to a "pick-up point" in the courier's list.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, don't worry, within a period of 14 working days from the day you receive the ordered items, you can exercise your right of withdrawal as follows:
Click here and enter the email with which you placed the order. Once you are logged in, follow the return wizard after clicking on 'request return'.
We will reply by email to your request attaching the courier label.
Once you have received the return acceptance email with the courier label make sure that
- the product(s) are in their original condition, tags and packaging included
- a printed copy of the order or receipt is placed inside the package to facilitate and speed up the process
Place the label on the parcel and deliver it to a GLS Parcel Shop. Click on this link to find your nearest GLS Parcel Shop.
For countries outside the European Union: Make sure you also receive the RMA form from to affix on the parcel.

For countries outside the European Union AKU charges a flat-rate contribution to shipping and customs clearance costs for the return of goods.
Switzerland: 50 CHF
We will not accept returns from countries outside the EU that do not provide for the methods described above and for a maximum of 3kg (1 pairs of shoes).


Refunds of the price of returned items shall be made by crediting the Customer's bank account or credit card within 30 days of receipt of the return. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled due to the Customer shall not be refunded and shall not give rise to a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered.
The amount as below will be deducted from the refund in respect of the contribution towards shipping and customs clearance costs.
